                                  My Roots

Hello, my name is Adrian Deon Willams, Jr., I was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to the proud parents of Lorree' Bell and Adrian Williams, Sr.  At the age of 4, my mom and I moved to the Dallas, Texas area to be closer to my Granny Brenda, who moved to Dallas in 1996.   My Granny was born and raised in Arkansas as were my father and his side of my family.  Though I do have Texas roots, my mom's dad and family are natives of Fort Worth.  My Grandpa is retired Air Force and was station at Little Rock AFB.  My grandparents were the proud parents of two daughters, both born on military bases.  Mom was born on Elmendorf AFB, Alaska and Aunt Sonja, (the oldest) Eglin AFB, Florida.  But since auntie and mom both graduated from Little Rock high schools, they call Arkansas home and now, like me, Texas too. 

Being an only child with strong female guidance, I have learned to appreciate how important and precious family, values, love and respect are.  The rapports I have with my cousins are comparable to a brother or sister relationship.  My friends, "My Boys” we are as close as brothers and over the years have formed an eternal brotherhood.  We live by the motto: One for All and All for One!   My family is their family and their families are my family.  So although I may have been born an only child, no longer is that TRUE! 

EVERY DAY, I thank God for how blessed I am to have the family that I have; for the strength and wisdom he has afforded me and for providing me with the determination and desire to succeed in every walk of MY LIFE!
